Updates to Store opening Hours 20/07/2020:
Some of our stores have re-opened with special social distancing measures in place:
The following stores are open 9am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday
Great Northern Mall, Dundonald ,Finaghy ,Kennedy Way ,Woodstock Road,Ballymena, Lisburn, Newcastle and Newry, Foyleside Shopping Centre

The following stores are open 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Antrim Road ,Bangor ,Glengormley, Shankill (also open Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 1pm - 4pm)

Lurgan store is open 10am - 5pm Monday - Saturday

Diary Farm is open 10am - 4pm Monday - Saturday and Sunday 1pm - 4pm

Online Delivery services

Delivery times:

Due to increased absence levels, we’ve reviewed our timed guarantees for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am and 1pm services and will make the following changes.

For items posted from Tuesday 31 March 2020 onwards, our guarantee delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am the next working day will change to by 12.00pm the next working day*. Our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm will change to by 9.00pm the next working day*.

We Now also offer a Click and Collect service. The Click and Collect location is our Head Quarters in Dundonald. Look out for this feature in checkout.

Doorstep Delivery is a limited feature for local Belfast residents only. If your postcode is eligible it will appear as an option in checkout. This service will be hand delivered on the same day by local delivery partners. Available only for the following post code regions :

BT4 – BT5 – BT6 – BT11 – BT12 – BT13 – BT16 – BT17
