Delivery & Shipping
Most orders placed before 2pm (Monday- Friday) are dispatched on the same day unless it contains “out of stock” products. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Our Royal Mail delivery service to UK is their 1st Class service. No tracking is available for Royal mail 1st Class. Delivery is usually made within 2/3 working days on this service, however it is not guaranteed. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery on this service.
Our Royal Mail delivery service to ROI is their 1st Class service. No tracking is available for Royal mail 1st Class. This service can take 3-5 working days. Please allow extra time for delivery as some cases my encounter customs. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery on this service.
We do offer an International Tracked and European Tracked services. Delivery times on these vary depending on destination but usually delivery is between 3-5 working weeks.
We also offer a tracked service ROI delivery aim is 3-5 working days, UK Tracked delivery aim is 24hrs but some postcodes may take longer.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or replacements until the goods have been “missing” for 15 working days as per Royal Mails delivery guidelines.
As royal Mail is not a courier service, we are unable to forward on any delivery notes/ requests.
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before dispatch. Dispatch takes place at 2pm each working day Monday to Friday.
Please note: most orders are dispatched the same day so please contact us on 028 9560 7313 as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If it’s already been dispatched, please follow our returns policy.
Returns & Cancellations
Ziggicig have a Money Back Guarantee so that goods can be returned within 14 working days of receipt for exchange or refund. We offer the same guarantee whether a customer is in the high street shop or the online shop.
The following conditions must be met:
- Goods must be returned within 14 working days of receipt.
- Goods must be in original packaging
- Goods must be in original condition
- Goods must be accompanied with a completed Ziggicig Returns Form
- Return to:

- Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office or courier
