Please read these terms carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.


All our prices are clearly displayed. The price that you see is the price that you pay. All taxes have been included. The charges for postage and packing are as set out on the Delivery page. On ordering the customer automatically receives details of the contract setting out all prices and shipping costs.


We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment will be debited at the time of placing the order or within 3 working days of the order being received.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out-of-stock we will contact you.


You can shop with ZiggiCig safe in the knowledge that your transactions are secure.

The payment gateway for ZiggiCig employs the most modern Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to prevent any unauthorized persons gaining access to credit card information entered on our website. This allows transmission of potentially sensitive information over the Internet in an encrypted form, which is not readable by third parties.


All our advertising meets the conditions as set out by the Advertising Standards Authority code.

Consumer Law

We promise to meet our obligations under the consumer protection laws currently in force, which includes:

Contracts & Statutory Right

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer’ as required by the Code of Practice.

Receipts, Bills & Settlement Errors

We always provide a receipt with the goods. We promise to correct any errors in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible.

Handling Complaints / Customer Feedback

We welcome all feedback on our service and would encourage you e-mail us at any time with any suggestions or complaints that you might have. If you feel it necessary to make a complaint you can be assured that we will address your complaint as a matter of priority. Only in this way can we provide a better service to you the customer.

With regards to product pictures and descriptions: we have done our utmost to ensure that we provide accurate information about all our products. However, ZiggiCig cannot guarantee the product pictures and descriptions to be completely accurate and denies all and any liability.

Warranty/ exchange

A 28 day guarantee is provided on all Batteries and Charging components. This includes both Starter and Advanced Kits as well as MODS. If a fault is found and reported within the 28 day period an exchange may be offered or in circumstances where an exchange cannot be provided a refund may be requested. Please note: Products that have been damaged through misuse or mishandling will not be covered under this guarantee. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been returned to ZiggiCig and have been received in good order.

Tips, fluids, coils and general accessories are not covered by the 28 day guarantee, However if there is a concern or suspicion of a fault it must be reported to ZiggiCig within 48hrs. We will then contact customers by telephone or in writing to help resolve the matter as most issues can be easily resolved over the phone. If an exchange is to be made in a non-guarantee situation it will be done so solely at the discretion of ZiggiCig customer service and on the individual merit of each case. These items are consumables and any many cases entirely disposable and so would have to be considered ‘DEAD ON ARRIVAL’ in order to be considered for exchange.

** Please note we process returns once per week when received/approved. Please be patient as we endeavour to deal with all returned goods within 7 days.
