How to earn points online

Log into your account online using the same email as your Lynked app. Earn points as you spend—both in-store and online. Your points and rewards will automatically update in your Lynked app.

How to earn points in store

Earn points in-store with your Lynked Loyalty app. Simply present your in-app barcode at checkout, and a staff member will scan it to add points to your account for every purchase.

Northern Ireland

Orders placed before 2.30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service unless it contains ‘out of stock’ products. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and before 2.30pm on Sunday's will be dispatched on the Monday.

Next day delivery available on orders placed in Northern Ireland before 2.30pm, with orders placed after 2.30pm delivered the following day (Monday to Friday) via Tracked 24 service.

United Kingdom

Orders placed before 2.30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day unless it contains ‘out of stock’ products. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and before 2.30pm on Sundays will be dispatched on the Monday.

via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, please allow 2-4 Days for delivery.

Republic of Ireland

29th September 2025 - We are delighted to now be able to offer Fully Tracked Delivery to the Republic Of Ireland Via a Fully Tracked An Post delivery service. All orders dispatched within 24 hours and will be delivered to ROI within 3-5 Working Days. Any questions regarding Republic Of Ireland deliveries please email us at online@ziggicig.com

International

We offer Royal Mail International Tracked and the appropriate Zone, depending on the region.

Delivery times on these vary depending on destination. Please allow additional time for delivery as some cases my encounter customs.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or replacements until the goods have been ‘missing’ for 15 working days as per Royal Mails delivery guidelines.

Any European parcels may have added import charges upon arrival depending on the regulations for that country.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before dispatch. Dispatch takes place at 2pm each working day Monday to Friday.

Please note: most orders are dispatched the same day so please contact us on 028 9560 7313 as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If it’s already been dispatched, please follow our returns policy.

Returns Policy

Ziggicig have a Money Back Guarantee so that goods can be returned within 14 working days of receipt for exchange or refund. We offer the same guarantee whether a customer is in the high street shop or the online shop.

The following conditions must be met:

1. Goods must be returned within 14 working days of receipt.

2. Goods must be in original packaging

3. Goods must be in original condition

4. Goods must be accompanied with a completed Ziggicig Returns Form

5. Return to:

6. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office or courier
