Meet Laura! She switched to vaping 4 years ago and shares with us the differences she has noticed since making the switch.

Why did Laura switch to vaping?

Laura switched to vaping due to the toll smoking was having on both her health and her finances. She also didn’t like smelling like cigarettes every day.

What difference has switching made to her finances?

Laura explains that even 4 years ago, her daily packet of 20 cigarettes was costing her more than £10. That would be closer to £13 per day now or around £4680 per year. Now as a vaper, her e-liquids cost around £40 per month or £480 a year. Even when adding on a new device and coils, Laura is still over £4000 better off per year; a huge difference! Laura tells me that this has significantly improved her quality of life.

Does Laura have any advice for people thinking of switching?

Stick with it! Laura wisely points out that getting used to the sensation of vaping can take a few days, but you will get there. She also suggests calling into your local Ziggi store and speaking to the advisor for help, as initially the amount of choice can be a little overwhelming. We couldn’t agree more!
