Orders placed before 2.30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and before 2.30pm on Sundays will be dispatched on the Monday.

United Kingdom & Northern Ireland

Standard Shipping -  Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, please allow 2-5 Days for delivery.

Express Shipping - Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, please allow 1-2 Days for delivery.

Next day delivery available on orders placed in Northern Ireland before 2.30pm, with orders placed after 2.30pm delivered the following day (Monday to Friday).

Republic of Ireland

Standard Shipping -  An Post Tracked service, please allow 3-7 Days for delivery.

International

We offer Royal Mail International Tracked and the appropriate Zone, depending on the region.

Delivery times on these vary depending on destination. Please allow additional time for delivery as some cases my encounter customs.

How to Replace Your Aquila Tank Glass

To fit the new glass, unscrew the base of your Aquila tank and carefully remove any remaining e-liquid. Gently slide the damaged glass off the top section and dispose of it safely. Push the new 2ml glass into place, ensuring a snug fit, then reattach the bottom section of the tank. Your vape is now ready to use again.
