Nevoks Pagee Pod Kit Review
Nevoks is a brand who burst onto the scene recently with some serious punch. The Nevoks collection now includes 7 pod kits, of which the Pagee Pod Kit is the newest addition. The Pagee is suitable for both mouth-to-lung (MTL) and direct-to-lung (DTL) vaping due to the 360-degree adjustable airflow. The Pagee Pod Kit is a tiny little device, measuring at only 78 x 45 x 13mm and weighing just 70g. Let’s take a closer look!
Pros & Cons of the Pagee Pod Kit
Inside the box you’ll find: 1 x Pagee battery, 1 x 2.2ml empty Pagee pod, 1 x 0.6 ohm mesh coil, 1 x 1.0 ohm mesh coil, 1 x USB-C charging cable, user manual and warranty card.
The Pagee Pod Kit is powered by a 950mAh built-in battery, resulting in an all-day battery life. The USB-C charging port allows for faster charging speeds and a long device life cycle. Nevoks take safety seriously, offering several safety functions:
1. Overtime protection
2. NX chip safety protection
3. Overcharge protection
4. Over discharge protection
5. Over-temperature protection
6. Max power protection
7. Low voltage protection
There are two buttons on the Pagee, the top button is for adjusting the wattage, and the side button is for firing the device manually. At the top of the device is a lanyard connection point, and the pod recess. The pod connection operates on a slide in/slide out principle, with magnets at the bottom to ensure your pod pulls downwards onto the two gold plated connection points. On the front face of the battery, there is a small LCD screen which shows your battery life, coil resistance, device mode (auto draw or manual), puffs and wattage. On the side of the battery, you’ll find the USB-C charging port, so you can charge your device upright rather than lying flat. The adjustable airflow is located on the base of the battery.
The Pagee Pod Kit comes with a 2.2ml pod and utilises the Nevoks SPL mesh coils, which then slides onto the Pagee battery. The fill port is located on the side of the pod, hidden behind a rubber plug. The drip tip is a duck bill styled drip tip which is shaped to fit your lips, but if you would prefer a traditional 510 drip tip, you can easily swap it out. The Pagee duck-bill styled drip tip is one of a kind as it utilises the 510-connection allowing you to twist the drip tip to a position that works best for you.
The Pagee Pod Kit comes with two different coils, a 0.6ohm mesh coil and a 1.0ohm mesh coil. The NX smart chip will limit your wattage for the coil. The 0.6ohm coil enables power wattages between 18-25W and works best with freebase e-liquids for DTL vaping. The 1.0ohm coils enables power wattages between 10-13W and works best with nic salt e-liquids for MTL vaping.
The Pagee Pod Kit really is a compact and user-friendly device. There are a few features built into this devices such as variable wattage, adjustable airflow etc, with no fuss or confusion. It really is a newbie friendly pod kit and has a small screen to display all the information.
We paired the 1.0ohm coil with the Ohm Brew Balanced Blends e-liquid and the flavour was superb with minimal clouds. We then paired the 0.6ohm coil with the Ziggi Classic e-liquids and the vaping experience was fantastic, allowing for much bigger cloud production.
The Pagee Pod Kit by Nevoks is a simple pod kit. It is an ideal starter kit for anyone wanting to quit smoking. It also makes a fantastic second device for experienced vapers due to the affordable price, superb coils, and 360-degree adjustable airflow. As an experienced vaper myself, this device appeals to me as a second vape because the flavour is fantastic, the coils have a great lifespan and I love the 360-degree adjustable airflow which is conveniently placed at the bottom of the device, so I don’t accidentally cover it.
At Ziggi, we carry 4 colours of the Pagee Pod Kit by Nevoks: Black, Green, Rainbow, and Space Grey. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
